Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as HR Specialist/People Partner
  • Experience in Marketing will be a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong self-organization and time-management skills
  • Able to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Upper intermediate English or higher

 

Responsibilities:

  • On-boarding and adaptation of new hires
  • Assist and conduct adaptation talks, quarterly and annual review meetings
  • Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
  • Track employees PTO, tech-talks and WFH
  • Provide HR required reports, metrics, and information
  • Close cooperation with Recruitment team and Line Managers
  • Developing and implementing Marketing strategies and initiatives
  • Coordinating employer branding activities
  • Developing and posting at our careers page and social media accounts content that illustrates company’s life at work
